Shipping Policy

Delivery

DPD - Standard Dispatch* (UK Mainland - Trackable)
Prices for shipping are calculated in the checkout and may change if you have large or L-L (long length) items, it also may change depending on your location and postcode.

1.1 Some postal addresses in Northern / Southern Ireland, Highlands and offshore Islands of Great Britain are not covered by our standard shipping rates. These rates will be displayed when going through the checkout process.

1.2 Whilst we endeavour to deliver your goods as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee a delivery date. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

1.3 All items are subject to stock availability.

1.4When we deliver your items to you, you may be asked to sign for the goods to acknowledge that you have received them.

1.5 Please note that if you wish to return goods, you have 14 days from receipt of the goods to return them to us. For further information on returns please see the Returns section.

1.6 Once your order has been delivered to you and we have received payment in full you will become the owner of the goods. They will be held by you at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

1.7 Royal Mail - Whilst we understand that some items may be small enough to be shipped via Royal Mail, we do not offer this as we cannot offer a trackable service and cannot guarantee delivery.

1.8 Refusing a delivery once goods have left us - Please note that if you refuse goods from either Royal Mail or our chosen Courier once they have been sent to you, we reserve the right to bill you for both the cost of sending the item and the return costs to us. If you refuse an order without instruction from ourselves and it becomes lost in transit we will not refund the value of goods as all liability will have passed to the person who refused the delivery. Any losses or damage that occurs from lost parcels will be the responsibility of the person who ordered the goods.

1.9 Delivery not made as you were out at the time - If goods are returned to us due to you not being available when delivery is attempted we reserve the right to charge for return of the goods back to us by deducting the original delivery charge and return charge from any refund provided. Please note that we usually make at least 2 attempts to deliver goods and our couriers will also always leave a card for you to contact them prior to returning the goods to us, usually this will only occur if no reply is made once a card has been left.

1.10 Some of our items are very large and bulky. You the customer are responsible for ensuring that adequate space is available when delivering your goods. If we are unable to deliver due to restricted access or for any other reason a handling charge will be applied.
