Cat Hale Cat Hale - Cat was honestly amazing when choosing our nail gun and compressor etc. She put so much effort into sourcing us stainless steel nails and getting the whole delivery to us in a matter of days because she knew our urgency. We must have spoken 10 times in 2 days in order to get everything right. She also went above and beyond to sort out a problem that was wasn't even hers to sort with the deliver side of things. If I was buying from here again (which I will) then ill certainly be asking for Cat.

Good customer service Ordered an Estwing Chisel Edge Rock Pick, but sadly the line was discontinued. However, after contacting ToolChimp they were able to provide me with a very similar model and arranged speedy dispatch and refund on the difference in price. Couldn't be fairer than that! Happy with the level of customer service and would definitely order from them again.
